Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a safari with BlueGreen Tanzania Safaris.

1. Bookings and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the start date of your safari. If a booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

2. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days prior to departure: Loss of deposit.
• 59 to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost.
• Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of total cost.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

3. Itinerary Changes

While we make every effort to adhere to the confirmed itinerary, BlueGreen Tanzania Safaris reserves the right to make changes to routes, accommodations, or activities due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any alterations will be made with your safety and enjoyment as the top priority.

4. Health and Liability

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and have obtained all necessary vaccinations and visas. BlueGreen Tanzania Safaris acts only as an agent for the suppliers (lodges, airlines) and cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay resulting from the actions of third parties or acts of nature.
